Reference Check

Different levels of employment verification checks are available at SearchAsia. We can customize the checks according to your own needs. The reference check includes verification of the person's academic credentials, professional qualifications (e.g. CPA, CFA), employment records (position, duration of employment, last salary etc) and financial status of your staff or prospective hires.
The reference check can be further extended to the prospective employee's financial / credit position and lawsuits (subject to legislation & law of the relevant jurisdiction). This is especially important when recruiting for positions that involve a high degree of security and trust.
